Troy entered the home lending business in 1996 and joined the Puyallup Home Lending office in 2015 as a Senior Loan Officer. Since then his exceptional customer service has awarded him 5 stars on Yelp and Zillow. A native of Puyallup, he has called the Puget Sound area his home for 40 years.
Troy specializes in Condominium lending and Investment properties, as well as Conventional, First-time homebuyer, VA, FHA, Jumbo, Down-payment assistance and Portfolio loans. He is dedicated to making the home-buying process as smooth as possible and makes it his goal to find the best loan scenario for each of his customers.
In his spare time, Troy enjoys entertaining friends and family, hiking and biking, as well as running with his dog Zowie.
