1st Security Bank announces the hiring of Deborah Quinton as VP, Branch Manager in Lacey

June 2, 2022– Mountlake Terrace, WA - 1st Security Bank announces that Deborah Quinton has been named VP, Branch Manager of its Lacey branch.

Deborah has 25 years’ experience in retail branch banking in the Puget Sound region. She began her banking career as a part-time teller and worked in various roles, most recently as a branch manager at a local bank.

“We are very pleased to welcome Deborah to our Lacey Branch team,” said Kelli Nielsen, EVP, Retail Banking and Marketing. “With her expertise in building strong customer relationships in Thurston County, we believe she will be a great addition to the Bank.

Deborah has been involved in a number of Thurston County nonprofit organizations, serving as a past board member of Dispute Resolution of Thurston County and she enjoys volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, as well as the local food bank.
