The hallmark of 1st Security Bank’s Dealer Lending program is our no-fee installment loan at 144 months. We offer a number of other consumer-friendly options including deferred financing and 0% equal-payments:

  • No Fee Installment Loans: The program offers terms up to 144 months with extremely competitive rates (contact Craig or Blake for details). The rates and terms drive a very low payment. Why pay fees when you can get lower rates and longer terms with no-fees? The program will help you close more deals and maintain a higher margin.
     
  • Deferred loans: This program can be a deal-closer. We offer 3-month, 6-month 12-month and 18-month (18-month deferred not available in all areas) deferred financing. What sets this program apart is the fact that there is no retroactive interest after the deferred period! Very consumer friendly. Another unique feature is the 144 month back end term. You are able to offer your customers the option of:

i) Paying the loan off during the deferred period and paying no interest.
ii) No payments until 30 days after the deferred period ends. This means no payment for 4,7,13 or 19 months (depending on which program the customer chooses). No retroactive interest.

  • Specials: Ask us about our low rate specials and 0% equal payment specials on a limited time basis.
  • Low Payments: Easy close and the opportunity for up-selling.
     
  • Fast Application and Funding process: Approvals typically take 3-5 minutes. Most deals are funded overnight.
     
  • Multiple Programs: We have the program that will make your customer happy. Choose from Standard, Deferred, or 0% Equal Pay.

  1. Submit a credit application: online, email or fax. Decision typically takes minutes.
     
  2. Complete Loan Documents: When the loan is approved, you may generate loan documents from our website. We also offer the option of the 1st Security team completing the documents for you.
     
  3. Finish the Installation: Email or fax signed funding documents to our funding department. We start to fund your deal once the approved emailed or faxed documents are received.
     
  4. The deal is funded: We deposit the money in your account electronically and notify you of the deposit.
