We have received reports of increased fraudulent text messages to our customers purporting to be from 1st Security Bank, asking about unauthorized payments or charges. Do not respond. Call your local 1st Security branch or Relationship Manager at their published number or call our Customer Relationship Center from 9:00AM - 5:00PM PT at (800) 683-0973

1st Security Bank will never call or text to ask for your password, account number, verification code, or social security number. We will never request that you send or transfer money to an account you do not own. If you believe you are a victim of a scam or fraud attempt, please call us at (800) 683-0973.
