Treasury Management Team

Dan Icasiano joined 1st Security Bank in November 2023 and currently serves as SVP and Director of Treasury Management. He is responsible for leading a dedicated team providing treasury management services, support, and strategic consultation to the business customers of the bank. Dan also has extensive experience in government and tribal banking across a multi-state market.

With over 40 years of banking experience, Dan’s area of expertise is treasury management, with additional experience in lending and bank operations. His desire to be proactive on behalf of his client’s business helps him excel in his role as a trustworthy and insightful advisor. Dan is passionate about the community and volunteers his time at every chance.
