Important Information

The new business online banking platform is now available! 

Access to the prior business online banking platform was disabled as of Friday, July 18th at 6:00pm PT. However, your profile has not been deleted, making it easy to restore access if required.

Your Login ID will be a combination of your existing Company ID and User ID and is not case sensitive.

  • For example, if your Company ID is TEST and your User ID is USER your Login ID would be TESTUSER.
  • Once you login to the new platform, you will be able to change your Login ID.

Your password will be the same as your current password. You will be prompted to change it during your initial login.

During your initial login you will be prompted to input a secure access code (SAC) which will be sent to your phone number on file via SMS text or automated phone call. If you choose to remember your device during the login process, you will not be prompted for this code again unless the device is no longer recognized.

You will be able to access at least 12 months of online transaction history and check images through the new business online banking platform. You will be able to access up to 18 months of online statements.

Any users who are currently deactivated, or who have not logged into Business Online Banking within the last 18 months or were created over 12 months ago and have not logged in, will not be migrated to the new business online banking platform. If you would like these users to have access to the new business online banking platform, they will need to log in to Business Online Banking before July 18, 2025.

QuickBooks will be unavailable from July 21 to July 28. Starting July 28, you will be able to reconnect your business online banking profile to QuickBooks Web or QuickBooks Desktop.

All your ACH payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform. However, any recurring or future-dated ACH payments will need to be reestablished. Previous ACH payment activity will not carry over to the new platform’s Payment Center, so we recommend downloading your ACH payment history prior to July 18, 2025, to ensure continued access.

Note: ACH approvals are required the same day the ACH is submitted.

All your wire payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform. However, any recurring or future dated wire payments will need to be reestablished. Previous wire activity will not carry over to the new platform’s Payment Center, so we recommend downloading your wire payment history prior to July 18, 2025, to ensure continued access.

As part of the new business online banking platform, we will be releasing a new 1st Security Business mobile app. To download the new 1st Security Business mobile app, go to the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for 1st Security - Business, or use the links below:

If you are using ACH or wires you will need to go to the Google Play or Apple App Store and download the Symantec VIP Token mobile app. Once downloaded, you will need to work with your company admin to ensure your Credential ID from the Symantec VIP Token mobile application is associated with your business online banking profile on or after July 21, 2025.

Your access to 1st Business Mobile Deposit and your current business mobile deposit limit will remain unchanged. To make a deposit, log in to the new 1st Security Business mobile app and select Deposit Check.

Your access to 1st Express Deposit and your remote deposit capture limit will remain the same as they are today. You will still be able to access 1st Express Deposit by visiting https://capture-sco2.fiservsco.com/WebCaptureWeb or by clicking on Remote Deposit Capture in the new business online banking platform.

Your outstanding items, approved and block lists, and users will not be impacted by this change. You will continue to access ACH and Check Positive Pay through the new business online banking platform by clicking on Positive Pay.

Bill Pay will be unavailable starting July 18, 2025, at 2:00 AM. Once the new platform goes live on July 21, 2025, all your payees, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.
