Your Login ID will be a combination of your existing Company ID and User ID.
Your password will be the same as your current password. You will be prompted to change it during your initial login.

Your Login ID will be a combination of your existing Company ID and User ID.
- For example, if your Company ID is TEST and your User ID is USER your Login ID would be TESTUSER.
- Once you login to the new platform, you will be able to change your Login ID.

During your initial login you will be prompted to input a security access code which will be sent to your phone number on file via SMS text or an automated phone call. If you choose to remember your device during the login process, you will not be prompted for this code again, unless the device becomes unrecognized.
All of your ACH payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform, but any recurring or future dated ACH payments will not transfer over and will need to be reestablished. To avoid duplicate payments, you will need to delete any future dated or recurring ACH payments prior to the availability date, TBD. Your previous ACH payment activity will not be available via the payment center in the new business online banking platform, and we encourage you to download your history before the availability date, TBD, to ensure you have access to it going forward.
All of your wire payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform, but any recurring or future dated wire payments will not transfer over and will need to be reestablished. To avoid duplicate payments, you will need to delete any future dated or recurring wire payments prior to the availability date, TBD. Your previous wire activity will not be available via the payment center in the new business online banking platform, and we encourage you to download your history before the availability date, TBD, to ensure you have access to it going forward.
Your access to 1st Express Deposit and your current Remote Deposit Capture will remain the same as it is today. You will still be able to access 1st Express Deposit by visiting https://capture-sco2.fiservsco.com/WebCaptureWeb or by clicking on Remote Deposit Capture in the new business online banking platform.
