Important Information

The new online banking platform will become available for use on September 22, 2025, at 7 AM PT. Once the new platform is live, your access to our existing online banking platform will be disabled. However, your information will not be deleted, making it easy to restore access if required.

To log in to the new online banking platform, go to www.fsbwa.com/early-access and input your Login ID and Password.

  • Your Login ID will your existing Username.
  • Your password will be your current password. You will be prompted to change it during your initial login.

During your initial login you will be prompted to input a security access code which will be sent to your phone number on file via SMS text or automated phone call. If you choose to remember your device during the login process, you will not be prompted for this code again unless the device is no longer recognized.

You will be able to access at least 12 months of transaction history and check images through the new online banking platform. If you are already enrolled in online statements, you will continue to have access to 18 months’ worth of online statements through the new online banking platform.

The 1st Security – Business mobile application can be downloaded via the Google Play and Apple App stores and utilized during the early access program. Once the new online banking platform goes live on October 20, 2025, the mobile application will be rebranded to 1st Security Bank.

Your access to 1st Mobile Deposit and your mobile deposit limit will remain the same as it is today. To utilize 1st Mobile Deposit, you will need to log in to the 1st Security - Business mobile app and click on Deposit a Check.

Bill Pay will not be available during the online banking early access program. Once the new online banking platform goes live on October 20, 2025, you will be able to access Bill Pay again and all your payees, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.

Zelle will not be available during the online banking early access program. Once the new online banking platform goes live, and Zelle becomes available on October 21, 2025, you will be able to access Zelle again and all your contacts, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.

Any established one-time and recurring transfers or payments will be brought over to the new online banking platform and will be available during the early access program. To avoid any duplicate transfers from occurring, you will need to cancel any recurring or future dated transfers in the existing online banking platform on Friday, September 19, 2025. Any transfers or payments cancelled before Friday, September 19 will not be registered in the new online banking platform.
