Important Information

The new business online banking platform is now available. Now that the new platform is live, your access to our existing business online banking platform will be disabled. However, your profile will not be deleted, making it easy to restore access if required.

Your Login ID will be a combination of your existing Company ID and User ID and is not case sensitive.

  • For example, if your Company ID is TEST and your User ID is USER your Login ID would be TESTUSER.
  • Once you login to the new platform, you will be able to change your Login ID.

Your password will be the same as your current password. You will be prompted to change it during your initial login.

During your initial login you will be prompted to input a secure access code (SAC) which will be sent to your phone number on file via SMS text or automated phone call. If you choose to remember your device during the login process, you will not be prompted for this code again unless the device is no longer recognized.

You will be able to access at least 12 months of transaction history and check images through the new business online banking platform.

Online Statements will be unavailable during the business online banking early access program. Until the new platform officially launches on July 21, 2025, monthly statements will need to be obtained directly from the Bank.

The new 1st Security Business mobile app will not be available in the Google Play or Apple App stores until July 21, 2025. During your onboarding and training session, our team will provide step-by-step instructions for downloading the app to your devices outside of the official app stores.

Going forward, a Symantec VIP mobile token will be required to authorize ACH and wire payments. The app is available for download from the Google Play and Apple App Stores. During your onboarding session, we will guide you through the download and setup process to ensure you're comfortable using the mobile token.

All your ACH payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform. However, any recurring or future-dated ACH payments will need to be reestablished. To prevent duplicate payments, log in to Business Online Banking before June 9, 2025, and delete any future dated or recurring ACH payments.

Previous ACH payment activity will not carry over to the new platform’s Payment Center, so we recommend downloading your ACH payment history prior to June 9, 2025, to ensure continued access.

All your wire payees and templates will be available in the new business online banking platform. However, any recurring or future-dated wire payments will need to be reestablished. To prevent duplicate payments, please log in to Business Online Banking to delete any scheduled or recurring wires before June 9, 2025.

Previous wire activity will not carry over to the new platform’s Payment Center, so we recommend downloading your wire payment history prior to June 9,2025 to ensure continued access.

Your access to 1st Business Mobile Deposit, and your current business mobile deposit limit, will remain unchanged. To make a deposit, simply log in to the new 1st Security Business mobile app and select Deposit a Check.

Your access to 1st Express Deposit and your current Remote Deposit Capture will remain the same as it is today. You will still be able to access 1st Express Deposit by visiting https://capture-sco2.fiservsco.com/WebCaptureWeb or by clicking on Remote Deposit Capture in the new business online banking platform.

Your outstanding items, Approved and Block Lists, and users will not be impacted by this change. You will continue to access to ACH and Check Positive Pay through the new business online banking platform by clicking on Positive Pay.

Bill Pay will be unavailable during the Business Online Banking early access program. Once the new platform goes live on July 21, 2025, Bill Pay access will resume and all your payees, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.

No third-party system integrations will be available until the new business online banking platform goes live on July 21, 2025. Once the new platform is live, you will be able to connect and share data with third-party systems utilizing Plaid, Finicity, and other integrators.
