The new online banking platform will become available for use on October 20, 2025, at 7:00 AM PT. To log in to the new online banking platform, go to www.fsbwa.com, click on “Log in” and input your Login ID and Password.

• Your Login ID will be your existing Username.
• Your password will be the same as your current password. You will be prompted to change it during your initial login.

During your initial login, you will be prompted to input a security access code which will be sent to your phone number on file via SMS text or automated phone call. If you choose to remember your device during the login process, you will not be prompted for this code again unless the device is no longer recognized.

You will be able to access at least 12 months of transaction history and check images through the new online banking platform. If you are already enrolled in online statements, you will continue to have access to 18 months’ worth of online statements through the new online banking platform.

Your access to 1st Mobile Deposit and your mobile deposit limit will remain the same as it is today. To utilize 1st Mobile Deposit, you will need to log in to the new 1st Security Bank mobile app and click on Deposit Check.

Bill Pay will be unavailable starting October 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT. Once the new platform goes live on October 20, 2025, all your payees, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.

Zelle will be unavailable from October 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM PT until October 21, 2025. Once Zelle is available all your contacts, recurring payments, future dated payments, and payment history will be available.

Transfers and payments between 1st Security Bank accounts will be unavailable from October 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM PT until October 20, 2025 at 7:00 AM PT. Any transfers or payments scheduled to occur on October 17, 2025, will be processed normally and all future dated transfers or payments will be handled by the new online banking platform.

External transfers initiated between your deposit accounts at another institution and your deposit accounts at 1st Security Bank using the Pay Myself feature will not be available within the new online banking platform until October 30, 2025. Any previously scheduled transfers will continue to be processed normally until they are available within the new online banking platform.

Access to create, edit, or cancel recurring or future-dated payments to a 1st Security Bank loan from an external account using the Loan Payment feature will be unavailable from October 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM PT until October 20, 2025, at 7:00 AM PT. Any payments scheduled to occur on October 17, 2025, will be processed normally and all future dated transfers or payments will be handled by the new online banking platform.
