Alycia Edmonds, XCO

Alycia entered the home lending business in 2005 and joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in 2013 as a Loan Officer. Since then, her production and exceptional customer service has earned her the title of Senior Loan Officer and Sales Manager and membership into the coveted 1st Security Bank Chairman’s Club.

A Seattle native, Alycia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Having graduated as Valedictorian from the top mortgage academy in the country, Alycia also holds the title of Xinnix Certified Originator (XCO), a certification shared by only half of one percent of loan officers nationally.

Alycia specializes in Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo and Portfolio loans, and enjoys the problem solving involved in finding the right loan program for her clients. She is dedicated to coming up with the best loan scenario for each individual customer and makes it her goal to make the process easier and smoother.
