*Referring Customer: Upon presentation of this validated form, $50 will be credited to each party's 1st Security Bank account within 90 days of referred customer's checking account opening date, provided:

• Qualifying checking accounts: 1st Gold or 1st Classic Checking. Minimum deposit required to open is $100.
• The customer is new to 1st Security Bank (no account relationship within the past 12 months)
• The account is active and in good standing with no incurred monthly maintenance service charge fees for the first two statement cycles
• Referring customer is not an owner or beneficiary of the account
