New changes coming to www.fsbwa.com on Monday, October 20th!

The below preview is an interactive representation of the upcoming changes to the fsbwa.com website.

Note: Not all links are active during the demo. Stylistic elements such as spacing, font sizes, and other items will be tidied up in final production.

  • Traditional menu layout
More information about the services we offer (personal, business, home lending, etc) without having to click into the menu. Easier navigation that more closely resembles the desktop experience of other FIs.
  • Allows space for menu-related promotions and calls to action (CTAs)
  • Easier access to Online Banking
The new dropdown login menu makes it faster and easier to log in to Online Banking, all while still seeing the homepage content and offers. The current Online Banking page will remain live and updated for customers who have this page bookmarked.
  • More one-click navigation
Now with 6 icons below the hero image make it easier to access content or take the next action, from opening an account to viewing deposit rates, to finding a loan officer.
  • Alerts banner updated
The alerts banner now resides at very top of the page and is solid red background with white text, helping it pop, and keep the alert better separated from the rest of the normal homepage content.
  • Routing number more accessible
Helpful information such as our routing number is more readily available, in this case top right of every page
  • Three 'banner' cards for promotions with visual impact
Three 'banner' cards (full width image) beneath the 6 new icons will provide additional eye-catching, high value homepage real-estate for promotions and other important messages.
  • Mobile app quick links
Links to our new Q2 mobile app in the app stores will be in the footer of every page, along with quick links, our routing and NMLS numbers, and the widely used footer form.
  • FDIC digital signage requirement
Add the FDIC sign to the top of every page, near the 1st Security Bank logo.
