Online Banking
Your existing Columbia Bank Online Banking access will be disabled at 9pm PT on 2/24/23. Columbia Bank’s Mobile Deposit services will be disabled at 6pm PT on 2/24/23. Your Columbia Bank Bill Pay tab will be disabled at 6am PT on 2/24/23. Payments scheduled after 2/24/23 will be paid by 1st Security Bank. 1st Security Bank’s Online Banking and Bill Pay services will become available to you at 9am PT on 2/27/23. We will be sending you additional letters in late-January that will contain information needed to login to 1st Security Bank’s Online Banking service. Please watch your mail for these important documents.
What you can do to help assure a smooth account transition:
- Print or save your existing eStatements from Columbia Bank and keep them in a secure location before the system is disabled on 2/24/23
- Starting on 2/27/23, please log on to 1st Security Bank’s Online Banking to:
- Re-establish any scheduled recurring account transfers you wish to continue
- Re-create any previously established Zelle® or external account transfers
- Personalize your Online Banking by setting up Alerts
